What 𖪫 means
It marks /m/, the humming sound made with closed lips.
Lakhum Mossang began developing the script in 1990 to write Muishvung, his own Tangsa variety in Arunachal Pradesh, India. Tangsa also includes varieties spoken across the border in Myanmar's Sagaing Region. A 2013 Unicode proposal listed a provisional character set whose sound values were not yet known; by 2020, a community committee was promoting a revised alphabet for wider Tangsa use, and the Arunachal Pradesh government had approved it for some schools. The 2020 proposal describes the script as not historically derived from existing scripts.

Questions people ask
1Can Tangsa Letter Ma look different in another font?
Yes. Unicode's Tangsa chart treats its drawings as references, not required outlines, so two fonts may draw the same letter differently.
