What 𖪗 means
The UE vowel with tone 2. In Muishvung (Mossang), UE is [ɤ] in the International Phonetic Alphabet, a back vowel pronounced with unrounded lips. Final -x follows Rev. Gam Win’s Latin-letter spelling and marks tone 2; it is not a consonant.
Does the pitch vary across Tangsa varieties?
Yes; tone 2 changes pitch across varieties. Lakhum Mossang created the Tangsa alphabet in 1990 for his Mossang (Muishvung) variety, designing it as a new script rather than adapting an older one. By 2020, wider Tangsa use was part of its intended scope, but full use remained in Muishvung. Tone 2 is mid-high falling there and mid in the Rera/Ronrang variety.

1Why does 𖪗 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
