What 𘡎 means
It is a piece of a Tangut character, not a word.
Tangut writing, also called the Xixia script, was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state. It served government, diplomacy, and Buddhist printing. The earliest transmitted document is an official record from 1072; a Buddhist inscription from 1502 is the latest known example.
Tangut drew on Chinese writing but remained distinct; scholars compare it with Khitan and Jurchen scripts. The mid-12th-century Sea of Characters dictionary indexed ideographs by components, whose meaning or sound roles can vary.
