What 𘢙 means
It is a structural part in Tangut character analysis. The entry has a role, not a word meaning.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 CE under the Western Xia state to write Tangut. It appeared in official, private, and religious texts. Its characters can resemble Chinese ones, but Tangut is a separate script.
An entry in the Tangut reference manuscript Homonyms uses whole-character examples in regular and cursive writing (a flowing handwritten style) to demonstrate components. This glyph is entry 156 there; “Component 154” is a different modern sequence label.
This is specialist notation for analyzing Tangut character structure.
Tangut writing can look Chinese, but this is a Tangut component, not a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘢙 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
