What 𘣫 means
It is a dictionary filing piece, not a word.
Tangut components show character structure and help sort dictionary entries. A Tangut radical is a filing key; systems differ, so 236 is a label, not a translation.
Western Xia created Tangut around 1036 under emperor Li Yuanhao as part of state-building. Its forms drew visual cues from Chinese writing, but it is a distinct script. Tangut texts include Buddhist and secular works; a Khara-khoto Chinese-to-Tangut manuscript probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Buddhist material continued into the Yuan period.
