What 𘦰 means
It is one structural part used to describe or index Tangut characters.
An Ideographic Description Sequence (IDS) shows how a full character's parts fit together. Component 433 can occupy one position; dictionaries also use components to organize entries.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 for Western Xia records, official writing, translations and Buddhist texts. Its earliest surviving example is an official document from 1072; later works covered secular and religious subjects. It remained distinct from Chinese despite similar composition; Khitan influence is disputed.
Technical and scholarly; it signals Tangut-script analysis or reference work.
Don't mistake it for a translated word.

1Why does 𘦰 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
