What 𘧐 means
It is a structural tool for describing whole Tangut characters. Tangut component lists let dictionaries and researchers index ideographs—the written characters of this script. This entry identifies a catalog unit, not a full character's translation.
Song-dynasty records date Tangut writing to 1036, two years before the Western Xia state was established in 1038. The script served the Tangut language in Buddhist works, translations, dictionaries, law codes, literature, and documents. Buddhist texts continued after the state fell in 1227. Tangut characters adapted Chinese strokes into distinct forms. Component systems vary, so dictionaries may index the same character differently.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘧐 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut Components block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
