What 𘧑 means
Dictionaries use 𘧑 to index Tangut characters, and researchers use it to describe their structure. A “Tangut radical” is a sorting component, not a word; reference systems vary.
Created around 1036 for the Western Xia kingdom, Tangut writing drew on Chinese writing principles and neighboring Khitan scripts. It served government writing and translations of Buddhist and secular texts. A Tangut manuscript from Khara-Khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
Use it in Tangut dictionaries and structural analysis, not as a standalone word.
If it appears as a box, your font may lack Tangut support; its identity is still 𘧑.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘧑 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
