What 𘩲 means
No: it is a component label.
𘩲 labels one structural piece used when scholars break Tangut characters down. Components help sort, analyze, and describe full characters, but dictionaries divide them differently. Some serve as Tangut dictionary radicals—the parts used to group entries—but not all do.
The Tangut script, also called the Xixia script, was created in 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao to write Tangut. It drew on Chinese writing and followed the earlier Khitan example; translating Buddhist scriptures was an important aim. A manuscript fragment from Khara-Khoto, Inner Mongolia, dates to the 12th or early 13th century.
Technical and scholarly; it belongs in Tangut indexes and script analysis.
Don't mistake the component number for a word's meaning or reading.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘩲 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
