What 𘩶 means
It is a character part, not a word to translate. Scholars use Tangut components to index full characters; dictionaries divide them differently, so this number is a catalog label, not a definition.
Tangut ruler Li Yuanhao introduced the script in 1036 for state-building and a Buddhist canon, a collection of scriptures in Tangut. Khara-Khoto manuscripts from the 12th or early 13th century show its later use for Chinese translations, Confucian texts, military treatises and literature. Tangut shared character-building ideas with Chinese and neighboring Khitan scripts but remained distinct.
