What 𘪐 means
Clauson’s Tangut dictionary uses it as a radical. A radical is an index element; its entries include the full character 𘜍 under 𘪐.
Tangut writing was promulgated in 1036 for the Tangut language. Sources from the late 12th and 13th centuries are largely Buddhist. The Western Xia state fell in 1227; a Tangut text dated 1502 shows the writing continued.
For Tangut research and dictionary lookup, not ordinary prose.
Alone, 𘪐 may not communicate a Tangut word.
