What 𘪨 means
It helps index and describe Tangut characters.
Tangut writing was created by imperial order to write the Tangut language and was used from 1036 to 1502. By the mid-12th century, a dictionary called Sea of Characters analyzed complex characters through their component parts. 𘪨 belongs to that building-block layer; it is not a translated word from the vocabulary.
In Tangut component analysis, a part may serve as a lookup radical in one system or as a sound-bearing element in another. Those roles belong to a larger character or index; 𘪨 has no fixed word-level meaning by itself.
Does 𘪨 spell a word when sent alone?
By itself, it does not spell out a complete Tangut word.
If it appears without a larger character or dictionary context, ask where it came from before assigning it a pronunciation. It could be a specialist reference or an accidental paste.
An Ideographic Description Sequence (IDS) lays out a character's parts; a Tangut component can mark a structural position in that notation. Dictionaries can also use components to group entries. Tangut and Chinese are separate writing systems, so a Chinese radical cannot replace a Tangut component.
It belongs in Tangut reference work or character analysis; in casual chat it reads as specialist material.
Do not assign it a word translation in isolation; the larger character or indexing scheme supplies its role.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𘪨 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
