What 𘫦 means
It is one piece in a scholarly system for classifying Tangut. Components help index characters in dictionaries and describe their structure; some also serve as dictionary radicals.
Created under Western Xia's first emperor around 1036, the Tangut script wrote the Tangut language. The state lasted from 1038–1227; after its fall, the script continued under Yuan and Ming rule, then became obsolete. Scholars rediscovered it in the late 19th century.
