What 𗂨 means
A Tangut word glossed as shame or embarrassment.
𗂨 is recorded as an alternate form of 𗶘.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao as a state-building project, to write Tangut and Buddhist texts and mark an identity distinct from Song China. Some surviving material from Khara-Khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century; it includes Buddhist books and translations of Chinese works. The script remained in use through the Yuan and Ming dynasties and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Why does 𗂨 appear as a box?
A font with Tangut coverage is needed.
Without that coverage, the glyph may appear blank or as a box.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
