What 𗃎 means
It is glossed as “firm.” The Unicode Tangut chart links 𗃎 to an entry in Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary; its English index provides that translation.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia court. It served administration, religious texts, private writing, and translations. Its characters follow Chinese-style construction, but Tangut and Chinese are mutually illegible; knowing Chinese alone does not let a reader decipher this script. Tangut remained in use into the Yuan and Ming dynasties, later Chinese imperial periods, before becoming obsolete.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗃎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
