What 𗇬 means
It can mean disorder or confusion; “private” is another recorded sense.
The Tangut script was created under the first emperor of Western Xia (Xixia) around 1036 CE. It served official, private, and religious writing. 𗇬 appears in the 12th-century Tangut Homophones dictionary.
The dictionary links its meaning to Chinese 亂 (simplified 乱), but that link does not make the Chinese forms interchangeable with 𗇬.
