What 𗈭 means
It is Tangut writing with a reconstructed reading. The Tangut script was created around 1036 for Xixia (Western Xia) and appears in official, private, and religious writing through 1502. This character occurs in the 12th-century Tóngyīn (“Homophones”), a Tangut rhyme dictionary—an organized guide to syllables with similar sounds. Its reading, *khwa¹, is roughly “kwa,” with a puff of breath after k; superscript 1 marks a tone category.

1Why does 𗈭 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
