What 𗈮 means
It means “to die” in Tangut. An English index to Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary glosses it this way. The 12th-century Sea of Characters, a Tangut dictionary organized by rhyme, shows how scholars analyzed characters through shared components.
Tangut writing was officially created in 1036 for state writing and translation in Western Xia, a historical state. Its characters can resemble Chinese writing, but this is a separate script for the Tangut language.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗈮 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
