What 𗌇 means
The dictionary gloss is “upbringing.”
Here, that means how a person is raised and taught. Tangut is a historical language with its own writing system; a dictionary compiled by Li Fanwen lists 𗌇 as entry 2006 in its 2008 edition.
Tangut writing was created around 1036 under the first emperor of Western Xia, a state in northwestern China, and served official, private, and religious writing. After Western Xia fell, the script remained in use through the Yuan and Ming periods before becoming obsolete.
Historical and scholarly; a bare post needs context.
Its Chinese-like shape belongs to Tangut; it is not a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗌇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
