What 𗌎 means
One Tangut dictionary glosses it as “blood stasis.”
That means blood that is obstructed or not circulating normally. Tangut writing was designed using Chinese character structure as a model, but it represents a separate language. 𗌎 is Tangut, not a Chinese character.
The Western Xia (Xixia) court created the script in 1036 for official and cultural use. Tangut books included government texts and Buddhist translations from Chinese and Tibetan. Following the 13th-century Mongol conquest, Tangut fell out of daily use, but its script continued under Yuan and Ming rule until it became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗌎 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
