What 𗌏 means
It means a mark, sign, or label in Tangut.
A Tangut dictionary records the reconstructed reading in scholarly Latin letters as thã, beside the Chinese translation 標 (“mark” or “sign”). That translation helps explain the meaning; it does not make 𗌏 a Chinese character.
The Tangut script was created around 1036 under the first Western Xia emperor for official and cultural work. It was used for Buddhist translations, administration, and dictionaries; it remained in use under the Yuan and Ming before becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Its character design drew on Chinese structure, but 𗌏 is a Tangut character.
A scholarly, historical character; add a brief gloss when readers may not know Tangut.
