What 𗏘 means
It names the front of the upper body, around the ribs.
A scholarly reconstruction writes its reading as ɣar (also ghar): a voiced, rough friction sound made at the back of the mouth, followed by “ar.” This is not a modern Chinese pronunciation.
The exact glyph is indexed as L2008-3273 (entry 3273) in Lǐ Fànwén’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese Dictionary.
What did Tangut writing serve?
It served the Western Xia state and Buddhist communities.
Tangut writing began in 1036 for the administration of the Tangut-led Western Xia state and Buddhist texts translated from Chinese and Tibetan.
After Western Xia fell in 1227, Tangut writing continued in religious material. Two stone pillars bearing dhāraṇī—Buddhist ritual formulas—dated 1502 are the latest datable Tangut materials.
Historical and specialist; use it when referring deliberately to Tangut writing.
If it appears as a box, your font lacks Tangut coverage; the character is text rendered by the font.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗏘 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
