What 𗏝 means
The Tangut word has a hill-or-ridge gloss.
The Tangut script served the Western Xia, a historical state. Its rulers commissioned it in 1036 to strengthen the state and distinguish its culture from the Song dynasty in China. Tangut writing drew inspiration from Chinese writing, but was not simply copied from Chinese characters or the Khitan script, another historical writing system. Surviving texts include Buddhist works, translations from Chinese, and secular writing; one manuscript is probably from the 12th or early 13th century.
Historical-script material; give the hill/ridge gloss for a casual reader.
Alone, it gives little context about why someone sent it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗏝 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
