What 𗏞 means
A Tangut dictionary glosses it as “sweet words.”
Its entry points to another Tangut dictionary entry with the same gloss: pleasant speech.
Tangut writing was created in 1036 to serve the Western Xia state and its identity, Buddhist scripture collection, and translations of Chinese classics. It drew on Chinese writing and the writing traditions of the Khitan people, but remained distinct. After Western Xia fell in 1227, Tangut continued in religious and literary printing under the Yuan dynasty.
Historical and specialist: alone, 𗏞 reads more like a script specimen than a modern reaction.
Treat the Unicode label as an identifier; use the dictionary gloss in Tangut context.

1Why does 𗏞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
