What 𗏹 means
It means “often” or “frequently.” It is a logograph, a sign for a word. Scholars reconstruct its reading as ²u₃; dictionaries also gloss it “often transmitted.”
The Xixia script was introduced around 1036 for writing Tangut, the Western Xia state's language. Chinese writing shaped it; some accounts also cite Khitan. A Chinese history of the Song dynasty credits Emperor Li Yuanhao with ordering the script and court official Yeli Renrong with developing it. The script appears in official, legal, Buddhist and dictionary texts and continued under Yuan and Ming rule.
Historical and specialist; it belongs with Tangut texts.
𗏹 is Tangut writing, not a Chinese character.
