What 𗏧 means
𗏧 is a Tangut character, not a translation. Its Unicode label identifies the glyph but does not give its Tangut word or reading.
The Tangut script was formally developed in 1036 for the Western Xia state (Xixia), to write the Tangut language. It is distinct from Chinese writing; surviving material includes official records, Buddhist texts, and translations from Chinese.
If it appears as an empty box, your font lacks Tangut coverage. A Unicode character map or a hexadecimal code-point input method can enter 173E7; an emoji picker will not.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗏧 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
