What 𗑸 means
A Tangut dictionary gives the verb as “to fight.”
Tangut writing was created for Western Xia in 1036–1037 and became the kingdom’s official writing system. Western Xia ruled part of what is now northwestern China; Tangut writing served government and marked its identity beside neighboring Song China. The earliest surviving Tangut text is an official document from 1072. Tangut forms resemble Chinese writing, but the script is separate. Some scholars propose influence from the neighboring Khitan people’s script; others find no close link. Later texts include Buddhist scriptures, classics, encyclopedias, military treatises and literature; printing continued under the Mongol-led Yuan dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗑸 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
