What 𗒈 means
It is glossed as “many” or “numerous.” A Tangut dictionary compiled by Li Fanwen and published in 2008 gives the English gloss “multitudinous.”
Created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor, the Tangut script was made to write the Tangut language. It appeared in government and private writing as well as religious works, including Buddhist books.
After Western Xia fell to Mongol armies in 1227, Tangut texts continued through the Yuan and Ming dynasties; the script fell out of use at the end of the Ming period. Chinese writing influenced its design, but 𗒈 is a Tangut character, not a Chinese character.
Historical Tangut writing; a specialist reference character, not a general-purpose chat symbol.
Its Chinese-influenced appearance does not make it a Chinese character.

1Why does 𗒈 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
