What 𗒩 means
Its known use is narrow; a standalone gloss would be guesswork.
Tangut was the language of medieval Western Xia, and Tangut writing was made to record it. Accounts place the script's creation around 1036–37, under ruler Li Yuanhao, but differ on who devised it: one credits official Yuqi with the basic forms, Li Yuanhao with revisions, and Yeli Renrong with editing and spreading the script. The court used Tangut writing for administration, teaching, literature, and Buddhist translations, making it a state script and a marker of Tangut identity.
The earliest transmitted Tangut document cited is an official notice dated 1072. Tangut writing continued in Buddhist and monumental use after Western Xia fell in 1227; a stone monument erected in 1502 is one later example.
Is 𗒩 a Chinese character?
No. It is Tangut writing, a separate script for a separate language.
Tangut and Chinese writing have historical ties and share a square character style, but they record different languages and are not interchangeable. A familiar-looking shape does not make 𗒩 a Chinese word.
Historical and specialist; outside a Tangut text it reads as an opaque written character, not conversational prose.
Don't read it as Chinese: it belongs to Tangut writing.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗒩 show as a square?
Usually a font issue. The square is a fallback because the active font lacks a glyph for 𗒩; the text can still contain the character.
