What 𗓃 means
𗓃 is a Tangut character; its Unicode name is only an ID.
Tangut was the language of Western Xia (Xixia), a state in northwestern China. Its script was created around 1036 under the state's first emperor to write Tangut. Chinese character structure served as a model, but Tangut is a separate script.
After the state fell in 1227, Tangut writing continued in Buddhist texts and stone inscriptions. A set of Buddhist pillars dated 1502 shows the script in use centuries later.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
