What 𗓉 means

It is a Tangut character. The Tangut script, also called Xixia, was created under Western Xia's first emperor around 1036 for the Tangut language. It appears in official, private, and Buddhist texts.

After the Mongol conquest of Western Xia, Tangut survived under Yuan and Ming rule, becoming obsolete by the Ming dynasty's end. Rediscovered in the late 19th century, it was largely deciphered by N. A. Nevskij in the early 20th century.
