What 𗕛 means
It describes something whose parts are in proper proportion. Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives 𗕛 this short meaning note (“well-proportioned”) in its 2008 edition. Its strokes do not picture proportion, so the meaning cannot be inferred from the shape alone.
Tangut writing emerged around 1036–37 and drew on Chinese and Khitan script traditions. The latest known Tangut inscription—a text written on a monument or object—is dated 1502.
