What 𗕸 means
It means “to station” or “be quartered.”
Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives its reconstructed Tangut reading in scholarly transcription as *thọ. The Chinese character 駐 is the gloss, not an alternate spelling of 𗕸.
Is 𗕸 Chinese?
No. It belongs to the Tangut script.
The Tangut script was devised under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao, with court official Yeli Renrong overseeing its development; it entered official use in 1036. The state, in what is now northwestern China, used it for government and education, Buddhist translations and printing. Chinese writing influenced its design, but Tangut is a distinct script.
Historical and specialist writing; it belongs in Tangut texts or material about the Western Xia state.
Chinese 駐 is the dictionary gloss, not a Chinese spelling of 𗕸.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗕸 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
