What 𗖼 means
A Tangut dictionary links 𗖼 to “dagger.”
A 2008 Tangut dictionary cross-references 𗖼 to an entry glossed “dagger.” Unicode’s generated name identifies it but gives no reading or definition.
Created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036 CE to write Tangut, the script served official, private, and religious texts, including sutras, books, manuscripts, and inscriptions. It continued through the Yuan and Ming periods after Western Xia fell, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Historical, specialist writing.
Its resemblance to Chinese characters is visual; this is Tangut writing.

1Why does 𗖼 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
