What 𗗖 means
It represents the second syllable in a recorded Tangut word for spinach.
Tangut writing is attested from 1036 through 1502. It served Western Xia, a state ruled by the Tanguts, for government, Buddhist texts, and translations. Scholars reconstructed its readings with bilingual texts. The script drew on Chinese writing and followed a model also used by the Khitan, another people who developed writing systems for their states.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗗖 show as a box?
That is a font-coverage problem: your font cannot draw Tangut characters. The character itself remains 𗗖; a font with Tangut coverage can display it.
