What 𗗩 means
It is the Tangut verb for “to sell.”
Tangut was the language written in Western Xia, a medieval state, and its script served official and cultural work. The Wenhai (“Sea of Writing”), a Tangut dictionary from the mid-12th-century, lists 𗗩 as entry 27.271. This records the verb in that written tradition, but does not date the character’s creation.
Historical and specialist; outside a Tangut text, its meaning needs language context.

1Why does 𗗩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
