What 𗘈 means
It means “slack” or “loose.”
A Tangut dictionary glosses 𗘈 as “slack.” The script was created around 1036 under Western Xia (Xixia), a state in what is now northwestern China, to write the Tangut language. It appears in official and Buddhist texts and continued in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties after Western Xia fell, becoming obsolete by the Ming’s end.
Tangut forms may resemble Chinese characters, but Tangut is a separate script.
