What 𗙡 means
It served the Tangut language and Western Xia's public life. Developed in the 11th century for official and cultural work in Western Xia (Xixia), the script used Chinese-style character construction, with Khitan and Jurchen writing traditions also in its historical background. The earliest transmitted example is an official document dated 1072. A 1502 inscription shows Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell in 1227.

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
