What 𗙣 means
A Tangut dictionary indexes it as “stop.”
𗙣 appears in the Sea of Writing, a Tangut dictionary.
Why was Tangut writing created?
Tangut served Western Xia government, culture, and Buddhist publishing.
Western Xia developed Tangut writing around 1036 under Emperor Li Yuanhao for government, culture, and Buddhist scripture work. It marked an identity distinct from Song China and drew on Chinese writing principles, following the neighboring Khitan state's script-building.
Texts cover Buddhist, Chinese, Tibetan, Confucian, military, and literary subjects. A Tangut manuscript from Khara-Khoto probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut continued under Yuan and Ming rule, then fell out of use by the end of the Ming dynasty.
This character points to Tangut study or historical-text work.
A box means your font lacks Tangut coverage; it does not change the character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗙣 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
