What 𗚃 means
It means “people” in Tangut.
Under the Western Xia kingdom (1038–1227), Emperor Jingzong commissioned Tangut writing for government and culture. After the Mongol conquest in the 13th century, Tangut left daily use and its script went unread for centuries. Surviving texts and the bilingual Pearl in the Palm glossary later helped scholars read it again.
Historical specialist material, not general chat vocabulary.
Readers unfamiliar with Tangut may not recover “people” from this glyph.
