What 𗝎 means
It means “bowl” in Tangut.
The Tangut writing system was created around 1036 under the first emperor of Western Xia, a Tangut-ruled state, to support state-building and a Buddhist canon in its own language. A surviving manuscript leaf from Khara-khoto, a ruined city, probably dates to the 12th or early 13th century. Tangut writing later carried Buddhist, Chinese, Tibetan, Confucian, military, and literary texts. It continued after Western Xia fell and was obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗝎 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
