What 𗞃 means

“Full” or “filled.”

A Tangut–Chinese dictionary by Li Fanwen glosses it as “replete.” Tangut characters resemble Chinese characters, but the script is distinct. It survived Western Xia and remained in use through Yuan and Ming rule, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
