What 𗟙 means
It is the Tangut verb for “to burn.”
Tangut was the language of Western Xia. This character writes a word rather than picturing fire; its square shape may recall Chinese characters, but Tangut is a distinct writing system.
Western Xia (Xixia) ruler Li Yuanhao ordered an official Tangut script around 1036 to strengthen Tangut identity; court official Yeli Renrong is credited with its design. The script served government records, laws, literature, and Chinese and Tibetan Buddhist translations. It remained in use in some areas after Western Xia fell in 1227.

1Why does 𗟙 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
