What 𗟚 means
It means a hollow or low-lying place. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary index gives its reconstructed reading as *ljo̱r¹, in scholarly Latin-letter transcription, and the Chinese gloss 窪, meaning a depression or low ground.
Tangut is a distinct language written in a script shaped by Chinese and Khitan traditions. Created in 1036 under Western Xia rule, the script served state-building and Buddhist-text translation, and expressed a political identity distinct from Song China. A document dated around 1070/1071 may be the earliest dated Tangut text.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗟚 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
