What 𗟵 means
It means “rest” or “stop” in Tangut.
A Tangut–Chinese dictionary gives the reconstructed reading ·a (also ·ja). Chinese 休 is the translation gloss, not the same character.
Western Xia, a medieval state in northwestern China, commissioned Tangut writing in 1036 for correspondence and Buddhist translation, following earlier script projects by its Khitan neighbors. The script imitated Chinese writing while recording Tangut. Tangut Buddhist printing continued under Yuan rule; one printed sutra dates to 1247.
Historical and scholarly; label it Tangut when context is unclear.
Chinese 休 is only its gloss, not the glyph's identity.

1Why might 𗟵 show as a box?
It can. A font that includes Tangut is required; a missing glyph changes the display, not the character.
