What 𗟴 means
A sentence is needed to translate it. Li Fanwen’s 2008 dictionary records *khjɨ̱² as 𗟴’s reconstructed pronunciation but gives no English gloss. The notation is a scholarly reconstruction of a Tangut sound.
In 1036, Tangut writing carried correspondence for the Western Xia (Xixia) state; in 1038, a committee translated Buddhist scriptures into Tangut.
Tangut is a distinct script from Chinese; visual resemblance alone does not make 𗟴 a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗟴 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
