What 𗠵 means
It represents the Tangut word “be thirsty.” This gloss translates a Tangut word. Unicode’s generated inventory name identifies the character but does not explain its meaning.
The Tangut script was created in 1036 under Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao as part of state-building. It carried Buddhist texts, including a Tangut collection of sacred Buddhist books, as well as Confucian works, military and literary writing, and Chinese translations. Its design drew on Chinese writing principles and earlier Khitan scripts, another regional writing tradition, while remaining distinct.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗠵 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
