What 𗠴 means
A Tangut dictionary links it to Chinese 隋.
In Li Fanwen's Tangut dictionary index, 𗠴 appears as entry L2008-4623 and is associated with 隋. In Chinese, 隋 names the Sui dynasty and is also a surname; here it is a dictionary counterpart, not a Chinese spelling of 𗠴 or proof that every historical use had exactly that sense.
The Tangut script was created under the first Western Xia emperor around 1036 to write the Tangut language and support the state's official and cultural work. It appears in official, private, and religious texts, including books, scriptures, inscriptions, and manuscripts. The script remained in use under Yuan and Ming rule before becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming period.
