What 𗡺 means
It means “cloud.”

When did Tangut writing begin?
Created for Western Xia around 1036–1037, Tangut writing drew mainly on Chinese, with influence from Khitan writing, another regional script. It served government, law, Buddhist translations, and books.
After Western Xia fell in 1227, Tangut continued in handwritten manuscripts and printed books. Its last known inscription (text cut into a surface) dates to 1502.
