What 𗣹 means
In the cited poem, a sound is given, not a translation.
Tangut was a character-based script for the Tangut language. It was developed for official and cultural use in the Western Xia state (Xixia) around 1036; Tangut writing continued through the Yuan and Ming periods before falling out of use. The numbered Unicode name identifies this encoded character; it does not translate it.
In the Tangut poem Grains of Gold Placed in the Palm, the scholarly reconstruction gives 𗣹 the reading 2tsi. This notation records a reconstructed pronunciation; it does not translate the word. In one manuscript copy, 𗣹 replaces 𗨵 later in the poem, although 𗣹 already appears earlier; the editor treats the substitution as a copying error.
Outside a Tangut-text discussion, 𗣹 points to historical writing or script study; give readers that context.
